Say Cheese.

Today was the semi-annual picture day for Zeke. I've put it off for the past month or so just because it's always so...strenuous. I leave there tired, sweaty, headachey, thirsty, and with mascara running down my face. I guess the best way to describe it is it's like taking Nixon to the vet (Mom, you'll appreciate that one..). In the past, Zeke has NOT been an easy client for our photographer, who also happens to be a very good family friend/nicest guy in the world. In other words, it's the type of sitch where you'd want your kid to like, be on his absolute BEST behavior ever. Know what I mean??? So, going into this today, I had low hopes. I think I would have rather seen Warren for a root canal (Warren's our dentist). At least Warren tells some really awesome stories about his African Grey. Anyway, surprisingly, Zeke was ok. I mean, not great, but not embarrassing either. His pix are so cute and Michael really captured so many good expressions - ones I'll treasure forever. I'm going to try to post one of my faves - check it out. Dad from Arizona: I'm sure you'll be loving this bloggy life of mine now - you're getting up to minute info. and the latest and greatest pix as they happen! Sweeeeet, huh???

More posts soon...I'm off to plan our weekend. What shall I get us into this weekend???? :)

Please you always get really cute pictures of the Z man. L on the other hand never smiles at least in the past. A does his freaky smile and then does funny faces. You got it easy and don't you forget it.

Oh and you better go comment on my blog or you in trouble. You need a blog role too. If you need help let me know.
